HAVE YOUR BANK CARD READY! Tickets must be purchased with a credit card at the time of transaction. Please ensure that your card is accessible, valid, and has sufficient funds available. Additionally, confirm that your online purchase limit meets or exceeds the total cost of your tickets. Be prepared for possible multi-step verification from your bank, so have all necessary tools (SMS, email, app) for identification ready at hand.

STAY FOCUSED! When shopping, it's crucial to enter your details and email address correctly. This is important because you'll receive order confirmations, payment receipts, tickets, and invoices via email. A simple typo in your email address can lead to significant inconvenience! It’s also wise to have your billing information ready so you have everything at your fingertips when completing your purchase.

AVOID ERRORS Whenever possible, purchase tickets using a desktop or laptop. This reduces the probability of errors when entering your information—especially since phone auto-correct may inadvertently change your email address. Plus, a larger screen provides a much clearer viewing experience.

Getting Ready - The Way the Pros Do it

Purchasing tickets for certain events can happen even without registration, but in many cases, you must register for a funcode.hu customer account to buy tickets. You can read about the benefits of registration below. It may happen that, for certain advantages (e.g., early access to tickets), you have already registered on the event organizer's website, but this is not the same as your funcode.hu registration. You need to create your own funcode.hu customer account to purchase tickets.

Selecting your seats by checking the box in the auditorium does not automatically reserve them for you. The seats will only be yours if you not only select them but also add them to your basket. After choosing your seats, be sure to click the "Add to Basket" button to secure them and prevent someone else from claiming them first! If someone else has already taken the seats, you'll receive an error message, and you will need to select another option.

The event organizer dictates how many tickets you can purchase in a single transaction. For certain events, this can be unlimited, but often it is the case that you can only buy four tickets at a time. Nonetheless, there is no restriction on the number of transactions, meaning that if you need more tickets than what the event organizer has set for a single transaction, feel free to make multiple transactions!

How can you expedite your purchase?

Registration is necessary to access important features, especially to keep you updated with vital information regarding your ticket, announcements from the event organizer, and any changes that may impact your ticket or the event. Make sure to register with an email address you regularly use!

An added benefit of registering is that all your tickets will be stored in one account. So, even if you can't locate your order confirmation in your emails, you'll still be able to download your tickets directly from your account.

Does the name on the ticket matter? The name on the ticket (purchased through the official ticket seller) will not cause any problem at the entrance, where only the QR code will be checked. The only exceptions are artist VIP packages, where the owner must present a picture ID on-site. I misspelled my email address and haven't received my tickets. What can I do? Please send us the first 6 and last 4 digits of the bank card used for the purchase for identification to [email protected]. If the identification is successful, we will resend your order confirmation to the correct email address. Is there a possibility of getting a refund? There is no possibility of a refund on the tickets. Do I need to print my ticket? It is not necessary to print out your ticket if you are able to show it on your phone at the venue. My payment was succesful, but I have not received my tickets. You can download your tickets from the order confirmation e-mail that you have received from Funcode by clicking the Letöltés/Download button. The e-mail might take a while to arrive, so we kindly ask for your patience. Alternatively, you can login to your account at https://ln.funcode.hu/login and download your tickets there. What does PLX mean? Artists and their teams set ticket prices, which may be fixed or adjusted over time according to supply and demand. PLX tickets give fans safe access to some of the best and most in-demand tickets, while enabling artists and other people involved in staging live events to price tickets closer to their true market value. These tickets are not part of a package, nor have any extra service attached to them. What does Limited View mean? It means the view of the stage can be limited by railing or cables. I received an invoice, did my payment not go through? The invoice that you have received, is simply a proof of your payment that we must send out to all our customers due to Hungarian regulations.

Questions regarding the webstore

I can't find any tickets in the desired category. If the ticket category you're looking for is sold out, you might want to consider selecting a different category. What steps should I take if the seating layout does not open or if I'm unable to purchase a specific ticket? If you encounter issues, we suggest deleting the cookies, the use of an incognito window and checking your internet connection. What should I do if my purchase transaction is interrupted while I am shopping? It's important to determine if the interruption occurred before or after payment. If it happened before payment, abandoned transactions are automatically canceled when the shopping cart expires, and tickets/seats are released. In this case, no action is needed from your end. Questions regarding the concert

Does the concert have a minimum age limit? Tickets needed only above age 2. Children under 16 can enter only with adult chaperon (above 18). Please note that the show is not recommended for patrons under the age of 12 and for safety reasons, we suggest seated sectors for children. I have a chronically illness, can I bring in my medications/water/food? Please contact [email protected], as they will be able to give you an accurate answer. However, bringing in your medication is allowed, and one small (2dl) soft drink, a package of glucose candy or a sandwich should not cause any problems. (Just in case, it's good to have a doctor's note with you - even if it's just a picture) Do I have to be at the venue when the gates open? Of course, not. Once the gates open you can enter the venue any time. However, please note, that you can only enter with your ticket once.

Participating the event

The general regulations regarding attendance at events are announced by the event organizer and can be found on the event organizer's website. Please read this carefully before purchasing tickets. Detailed information about visiting highlighted major events will be sent via email in the days leading up to the concert.

For wheelchair users
